Yalsah, meaning “gathering,” is an Emirati-inspired brand, creating Khaleeji canapés from treasured family recipes passed down through generations.
We create fresh, innovative Emirati treats, from distinctive desserts and house blends to savoury, tapas style bites. Every item is made with carefully selected ingredients, thoughtful preparation and a genuine love of food, bringing a sense of delight to every gathering.
Our menu reimagines traditional Emirati favourites, including Ranjeena, alongside original creations inspired by regional flavours. Familiar recipes are given a contemporary touch and presented as elegant, bite-sized treats.

My favorite snack is Yalsa’s Ranjeena Rudhab Cups. Not only are they beautifully presented with freshly picked dates, but are often my midnight energy boost as a new mum. They have become essential in my life, and if they had a cafe with a queue of people waiting to go in, i would definitely queue!
